"I came in and filled out an application, drove seven miles to my destination and as I was getting out of the vehicle Ryan, the salesman, called me with an approval! Needless to say I returned and within 30 minutes the paperwork was completed and within an hour the new Yamaha was assembled, on the back of the truck and heading to its new home. I can't say enough good things about the purchasing experience and for someone researching out a dealership to deal with, consider this organization first."

"First of all, I can say if you are looking for a real good group of guys to do business with, First Coast is the place to go. From the moment I made my first inquiry to the day I picked up my bike was an all around pleasant experience. Randy, the sales associate has literally mentored me over the phone on numerous occasions (I'm sure he is loving that) with questions that are as elementary as they can get, while always being cool about it. Being my first motorcycle ever, I didn't even know how to tie the thing down! But with the help of the manager Mark Youmans and sales associate Ryan Troino literally loading and tying the bike down for me made me feel like part of the gang. They even spent time to make sure I knew how to tie the bike down in the future, not just rushing me on my way to finalize a sale. That was something I valued and will never forget. "I needed a replacement battery for my Suzuki LS650, so I called their service dept. Even though they're a Kawasaki dealership, I was told they could have one in for me the next day! They promptly did so - & it was serviced, charged, & ready to go when I arrived! Excellent business transaction, & I'm quite pleased with this. "I was shopping for a 2011 Yamaha VXR and had made many phone calls and visited many dealerships. I was looking at the first coast powersports website and it stated that they would beat any price. So I made a phone call to the dealership and spoke to a salesman name Ryan T. I basically told him the best out the door price I found and he told me with confidence that he will get my business as long as I was serious. Well, later that afternoon I get a call with an out the door price that was better than the other dealerships I had inquired. I told him by phone to go ahead and start the paperwork and he did. I basically walked into the dealership signed a few forms, and then went the finance dept and I had purchased my new Yamaha VXR in exactly 70 minutes. Ryan went out of his way to do exactly what he had promised and there were no surprises on the receipt, it was exact to the penny. "I purchased a 2009 ZX14 Monster, which I was surprised was still on the floor with only 1 mile on the odometer. Ryan was very professional, helping me through the entire evolution painlessly. Outside of warming up the weather so my ride home was a little nicer, I couldn't think of anything else that Ryan could have done to make my purchase any better. Days later I talked with Nick who treated me as though we had been friends for years. Nick was not afraid to give me his opinion about motorcycle accessories, which is almost unheard of now a days. I had researched the accessories I was interested in prior to talking with Nick, that coupled with his advice, I made a fantastic purchase that not only accented my Monster but made my current and future rides more enjoyable. "We needed to have our yamaha jet ski serviced while we were on vacation the week of 9/12 while in st augustine staying at our beach condo...so we looked up on line who serviced yamaha jet ski's and found your business....we trailered the jet ski there around 3:30 on a Tuesday afternoon and i went back to the service desk where there were a number of people asking about jet ski's needing to be serviced on the phone and in person...many customers were being told at the time there was a back log for the problems they were describing and they were being asked to come back later in the week...when i got my turn to speak with steve vescovi in the service dept he asked me what my problem was and i described the issue, stating i thought the computer system on the jet ski needed to be reset as the battery had died....he asked if i was a resident or vacationer and i told him i was on vacation....i was expecting him to tell me work was backed up and to come back thurs or fri but to my surprise and delight he said that he thought i was correct with my diagnosis and that he personally would see if could fix the problem and have the work completed by the end of the day (which was only a couple of hours from then) ....steve called me around 5:00 that day and advised he had fixed the problem with resetting the computer and told me i could pick it up. when i got there around 5:30 steve just didnt take my money and say thanks but rather he said lets go out side and let me show you some things about your yamaha jet ski as i was new to jet ski's....he explained what the problem was and what he had to do to fix it and he also explained he put a lock code on the starting of the jet ski so it couldnt be stolen when parked at a dock...he also gave me some other tips on care of the jet ski and then he handed me his business card and said if the battery went dead again and needed to be reset, to just call him and he would walk me through how to do this. to say the least i was blown away by the extra time and care steve took to educate me and to quickly get my jet ski back working..you can be sure i will tell all in st augustine to use first coast yamaha for any and all of their jet ski servicing needs and to ask for Steve. sincerely, bob herb "
